5. Cancellations and Refunds – Specific Policy
Day Tours
– Full refund if cancelled 72 hours or more before tour start
– 50% refund if cancelled 24 – 72 hours before tour start
– No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before tour start
Multi-Day Tours & Packages
– Full refund minus 5% processing fee if cancelled 30 days or more before departure
– 50% refund if cancelled 15 – 29 days before departure
– No refund if cancelled less than 15 days before departure
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
6. Liability Disclaimer
TOURS MOROCAN LLC carefully selects and coordinates with trusted local partners, including licensed guides, transportation companies, and accommodations, to provide clients with an exceptional travel experience throughout Morocco.
While TOURS MOROCAN LLC oversees and organizes all aspects of each tour, certain travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Therefore, TOURS MOROCAN LLC acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, or irregularity resulting from the actions or omissions of these third parties or from circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, flight delays, political events, or strikes.
In the event of unforeseen disruptions, TOURS MOROCAN LLC will make every reasonable effort to assist affected clients and minimize inconvenience.
