REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to provide clear and fair cancellation terms for all customers. This policy meets Stripe’s refund-transparency requirements.

1. Day Tours

  • 100% Refund — Cancel 72+ hours before the tour
  • 50% Refund — Cancel 24 to 72 hours before the tour
  • No Refund — Cancel less than 24 hours before the tour

2. Multi-Day Tours & Travel Packages

  • 100% Refund minus 5% processing fee — Cancel 30+ days before departure
  • 50% Refund — Cancel 15 to 29 days before departure
  • No Refund — Cancel less than 15 days before departure

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not arrive at the scheduled time, the booking is considered used and non-refundable.

4. Tour Cancellations by the Company

If we must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, customers may choose:

  • A full refund
  • A rescheduled date
  • An alternative tour (if available)

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Banks may take additional time to release funds
