Following breakfast, you will connect with a local guide to discover Fez, the most historic and sacred of the Imperial cities. Your journey through the vibrant and ancient medina, steeped in 2000 years of history and culture, promises to be an unforgettable experience. A maze of winding alleys, bustling with vibrant markets and traditional souks, where artisans showcase their skills and donkeys and mules carry their burdens through the lively atmosphere. Here, you will explore the Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas, admire the Nejjarine fountain, pay respects at the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, marvel at the Karaouine Mosque, and witness the Chouara tannery. Later on, we will explore a tile cooperative where you will immerse yourself in the art of Moroccan pottery before concluding our journey with a visit to the Merenid Tombs, where you can take in the breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Medina of Fez.

Today, you will embark on an exciting excursion to the charming city of Meknes. To start our journey, we will explore Volubilis, a remarkable UNESCO World Heritage site that showcases the remnants of an ancient Roman settlement. Here, you can explore the charming alleyways, majestic gates, stunning monuments, and intricate mosaic floors. The Roman ruins in this area, dating back to the 2nd and 3rd centuries, are renowned for being the most well-preserved in the region. Our next destination will be Meknes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the four Imperial cities of the country.

Meknes is home to the first Arab dynasty established by Moulay Ismail, where you can explore the stunning Medersa Bou Inania, the impressive Bab Mansour, the grand Gateway to Moulay Ismail Palace, and the magnificent Royal Stables. Enjoy some leisure time for lunch, and in the afternoon, we will make our way back to Fez.

Early morning pick up from your hotel in Fez as you set off towards the southern regions of the country. You'll make a stop in Ifrane, often referred to as the Switzerland of Morocco, to take in its stunning beauty and capture some unforgettable photos. Following that, you will make your way to Azrou to observe the monkeys in the enchanting cedar forest. Heading to Midelt to enjoy a delightful lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we will traverse the Tizi N Talghamt pass to arrive at Errachidia, all while taking in the stunning vistas of the Ziz gorges.

Later, you will pause to take in the breathtaking view of the Ziz valley. The journey proceeds to the stunning Erg Chebbi Dunes, with scenic views of Aoufous and Erfoud along the way. Following that, you will proceed to the enchanting sands of Erg Chebbi. These dunes are also known as the Merzouga Dunes. Arrive at the accommodation and complete the check-in process. Enjoy a delightful dinner followed by a restful overnight stay at the hotel.

This morning, following breakfast at the hotel, you will embark on an exciting journey through the dunes in a 4x4. This adventure will take you to the intriguing black volcanic rocks filled with fossils, a nomadic family residing in a tent, and a delightful stop at Khamlia village where you can enjoy the captivating spiritual music of Gnawa.
Afterward, we will explore the stunning Dayte Sarji lake that emerges in spring, drawing in vibrant pink flamingos and diverse wildlife.

After that, you'll enjoy a delightful lunch break in either Merzouga or Hassi Labied. Following your lunch, you'll explore the canal irrigation system and enjoy a stroll through the oasis nestled at the base of the dunes. In the afternoon, prepare for an hour-long camel trek to experience the breathtaking sunset. As you ride your dromedary, you will journey to the camp for an overnight stay in a traditional nomad tent. Enjoy a delightful dinner and spend the night under the stars in a cozy bivouac surrounded by the majestic dunes.

Rise with the sun to witness the breathtaking dawn from the summit of a dune in the Sahara Desert, followed by a delightful breakfast. Following these wonderful experiences, we will head towards Tineghir, traveling through Erfoud and Tinejdad.

Afterward, we will pause for lunch, before proceeding to the stunning gorges through Tineghir. Arrive at Todra Gorges to take in the breathtaking canyon views as you hike through this stunning landscape. Afterward, we journey to Boumalne du Dades and pause to take in the breathtaking view of the Dades Valley. Arrive at your lodging and complete the check-in process. Enjoy a delightful dinner followed by a restful overnight stay at the hotel.

This morning, after breakfast, we will depart to Marrakech, continuing our wonderful 2-week vacation that began in Fez. Next up is the Rose Valley, which winds its way through the expansive Skoura palm grove. Here you may take in the breathtaking scenery of over 700,000 palm trees and the many kasbahs dotting the landscape. Here in the Valley, damascene roses are cultivated for their fragrant, highly prized water. Ouarzazate, "The gate of the desert" (meaning "noiseless or without confusion" in Berber), is the next destination. The Taourirt kasbah, among Morocco's most breathtaking ksars, is here. We will pause for a picture op near the Atlas film studios and another one near the kasbah Taourirt for a panoramic vista.

Our journey then proceeds to the fortified settlement of Aït Ben Haddou, also known as the ksar, where we will get the opportunity to see the renowned Kasbah. Films such as Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, Sahara with Penelope Cruz, and The Jewel of the Nile were filmed on this magnificent stage. Half an hour to kill while having lunch in town. We carry on to Marrakech, Morocco, crossing the Tizi N'tichka pass (2260 m) in the high Atlas Mountains. Upon your arrival in Marrakech, be sure to check in at your hotel or riad in the afternoon.

An accredited local guide will take you on a private tour of the Marrakech Medina after breakfast at the hotel. Among the many hidden gems of Marrakech that you will discover on this tour are the Saadian tombs, the Ali Ben Youssef Koranic school, Majorelle Gardens, the Bahia Palace, and the Medina with its souks and the world-famous Mosque of Koutoubia. The medina is best explored on foot throughout the afternoon, when you may make your way to the square where you can see jugglers, snake charmers, storytellers, and musicians performing in the evening.

The driver will get you from your Marrakech lodging and take you approximately 2.5 hours to the coastal city of Essaouira. Take a quick break on the route to Essaouira to see the world-famous goats, climb Argan trees, and feast on Argan seeds. Stop by the Argan cooperative to watch the traditional method by which local women create Argan oil and discover all the ways this precious oil is used.

After that, we'll get to Essaouira, where the driver will leave you at the Medina entrance; then, you'll have some time to wander the old city on your own and see all the lovely sights, including the local markets, artisans, and antique stores. In addition, you'll have plenty of time to stop at the Skala and take in the breathtaking views of the sea below. Then, stop by a nearby eatery for some fresh seafood for lunch. The driver will return you to Marrakech in the afternoon, and you will be dropped off at your accommodation around 6 PM.

Your two-week journey from Fez carries on as today offers you a day of leisure in Marrakech. You can wander through the vibrant markets, explore Gueliz, the contemporary district, or simply unwind at a hammam-Spa. In the evening, you have the option to enjoy dinner accompanied by a show at a local restaurant.

After enjoying your breakfast today, we will embark on a scenic drive to Casablanca along the highway. After three hours, we will pause to explore the magnificent Mosque of Hassan II, constructed in 1993 by a skilled team of more than 6000 artisans. Situated along the coastline of Casablanca, this magnificent structure stands tall and is among the rare mosques in the country that welcomes non-Muslim visitors.
Next, we will proceed to Rabat, the vibrant capital of this enchanting country. Settle into your lodging, and afterwards, we will delve into the Imperial City of Rabat. Our journey will take us to the Mechouar, where the ramparts and walls encircle the Royal Palace, the grand Mohammed V Mausoleum, the iconic Hassan Tower, the Oudaya Kasbah with its stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, and the historic Chellah located on the outskirts of Rabat.

This stunning two-week journey from Fez unfolds as we set off today for the captivating mountain village of Chefchaouen. We will journey through the lush valleys of the Rif Mountains before arriving at our destination. Chefchaouen is renowned for its striking blue-washed buildings and attracts a diverse crowd of visitors and locals alike. Discover Chefchaouen, with its charming winding lanes and narrow alleys, where you'll find a variety of souks showcasing local cuisine and artisan crafts, including woolen goods, exquisite embroidery, and unique goats' cheese, all originating from the North and truly one-of-a-kind. Unwind in the vibrant square, explore a charming local farm or embark on a walk through the scenic nearby parks.

Today our two-week journey from Fez is nearing its conclusion. After breakfast, you will enjoy some leisure time in Chefchaouen, allowing you to stroll through its charming blue cobblestone streets.
At midday, we will set off for Fez. We will make several stops along the journey to appreciate the stunning landscapes and enjoy a delightful lunch break. Arrive in Fez during the afternoon and settle into your hotel or riad.
