REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to provide clear and fair cancellation terms for all customers. This policy meets Stripe’s refund-transparency requirements.
1. Day Tours
- 100% Refund — Cancel 72+ hours before the tour
- 50% Refund — Cancel 24 to 72 hours before the tour
- No Refund — Cancel less than 24 hours before the tour
2. Multi-Day Tours & Travel Packages
- 100% Refund minus 5% processing fee — Cancel 30+ days before departure
- 50% Refund — Cancel 15 to 29 days before departure
- No Refund — Cancel less than 15 days before departure
3. No-Show Policy
If the customer does not arrive at the scheduled time, the booking is considered used and non-refundable.
4. Tour Cancellations by the Company
If we must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, customers may choose:
- A full refund
- A rescheduled date
- An alternative tour (if available)
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds go back to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Banks may take additional time to release funds
